O&K Print Watch allows you to track and audit print jobs on Windows NT 4.0/2000/XP and paper usage.

It can track the user name, computer name, date and time, number of pages,paper size and size in bytes of each job.

High precision page counter. Support for unlimited numbers of printers for each print-server. Store all data in Microsoft Access format.
Management of print queue,stop,pause,resume, change priority jobs. Export reports to HTML.

O&K Print Watch allows you get the following information on the print jobs:
· Name of the user who created a print job
· Name of the computer that initiated the print job
· Date and time related information
· Number of pages in a print job
· Number of bytes in a print job
· Paper size
· Color mode used for printing
